Endorsement 005 Special conditions concerning the construction and/or erection time schedule

It is agreed and understood that otherwise subject to the terms, exclusions,
provisions and conditions contained in the Policy or endorsed thereon, the
following shall apply to this insurance:

The construction and/or erection time schedule together with any other statements
made in writing by the Insured for the purpose of obtaining cover under the Policy
as well as technical information forwarded to the Insurers shall be deemed to be
incorporated herein.

The Insurers shall not indemnify the Insured in respect of loss or damage caused
by or arising out of or aggravated by deviations from the construction and/or
erection time schedule exceeding the number of weeks stated below unless the
Insurers had agreed in writing to such a deviation before the loss occurred.
