Alterations, additions and repairs to building (s), plant, fixture and fittings and machinery (exclusive of any Sprinkler Installation) and work in progress allowed if carried out by the Insured and the insurance by this Policy is extended to cover such alterations, additions and repairs. In the event of any outside contractor being called in to perform any alterations, additions or repairs, this insurance is extended to cover such work subject to any one contract exceeding US$ 50,000 prior notice thereof must be given to the Insurers who reserve the right to charge an additional premium in respect of the inclusion of such Contract in the coverage hereunder.

ACTS OR OMISSIONS CLAUSE
This insurance shall not be prejudiced by any act or omission of the owner of the building, if the Insured is not the owner thereof; or by any act or omission on the part of sub or other tenants, when such acts or omissions are not within the control of the Insured.
